Two people have died in an apparent murder-suicide in southwest Houston Sunday night. Sometime around 9 p.m. a man, whose name has not been released, shot his wife and then turned the gun on himself. He died at the scene, but the woman was still alive when she was found. She was rushed to Ben Taub General Hospital, but was unable to be saved.
Police do not know what led to the murder-suicide that occurred in the 16100 block of Bantam Ridge near Court Road.
