Man Shot and Killed During Drug Deal in Channelview

In what can only be called a drug deal gone terribly wrong, a 25 year old man was shot and subsequently died late Sunday evening.  The event occurred in east Harris County, Texas, in the Channelview area where the unknown victim left his home to sell a small amount of an unspecified drug to two men waiting in a Dodge Stratus.

Apparently, some disagreement caused the men to fight, and the victim ran away, but was shot by the driver of the Stratus as he ran, was hit, and fell.  He was life-flighted to Memorial Hermann in the Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

The two men, whose descriptions are unavailable, escaped the scene in their car.
