Police are continuing the investigation of murder victim found in south Houston earlier this week. Tuesday morning Ryan Chase Winters, 24 of Houston, was discovered shot to death in the 3000 block of Prospect. He had been shot multiple times. Winter’s body was found by a passer-by walking to work around 8 a.m. and called police. At this time, no witnesses to the shooting have been found. The investigation of this vicious act is ongoing. Police are interested in any information the public can provide.
